Digitizing is the process of converting your design into a readable program file that the embroidery machine can read. There is a $1/1,000 stitch fee, but this is a one-time charge. Once the design has been digitized it is stored for your future re-orders. |

Embroidery is priced based on the number of stitches a design contains. A logo on a cap will contain less stitching than a design on a full-blown jacket. |

Embroidery is the use of a high-speed sewing machine that sews decorative designs onto fabrics. Our equipment is from Tajima provided by Hirsch International. Items that can be embroidered are caps, shirts, T-shirts, pants, sweats, bags, and outerwear, to name a few. |

Depending on the complexity of the design, the quantity to be embroidered, and whether we have the item to be embroidered in stock, it should take approximately one week. |

If we do not have the item in stock, then there is a minimum for caps of 24 pieces, and for outerwear it would be a minimum of 6 pieces. |

Is there a minimum order requirement for customized embroidery? |

By phone, fax, or E-mail. You can call our office during business hours and our assistant will help you through the process. You can fax your design, which would have to be digitized, or you can Email us your design in a .jpeg (Paint) or .asi (Acrobat) format. |

How do I place an order? |

Once you have received our quote and have approved, signed and fax it back to us, you go to the Pay Pal button on our website to proceed with payment. |

How do I pay for my order? |

Pay Pal accepts credit cards, debit cards, bank account, or Pay Pal balance. You can also send a money order. This will delay your order until payment is received. If you are purchasing with a credit card for the first time it is our policy to contact the issuing bank to verify the billing information on the account so make sure that you submit the correct info. This security check occasionally causes a delay depending on the accessibility of your bank, but it is necessary to minimize fraud and protect our customers. You will be contacted if there are any problems. Until an account has been established with Xpert Embroidery Services we will only ship to the verifiable billing or work address. We will cancel orders that are paid with unverified credit cards. Same rule also applies to Pay Pal payments. There will be a charge of $25 for returned checks plus the amount of the check. |

What types of payment do you accept? |

We accept all kinds of money orders or personal checks that can be cashed out. Please note that orders may be delayed up to 7 business days until checks or money orders clear our bank. Any money order that cannot be cashed will be sent back. |

Do you accept Canadian (International) money order? |

You can still make payment with Pay Pal, (provided that you have registered your banking account with it,) personal checks or money orders. |
