Embroidery is a high-speed sewing process, by which decorative needlework is sewn directly into a garment. This process is increasingly popular because of its professional appearance and virtually indestructible durability. It is now the application process of choice for most sports shirts, caps, bags, and outerwear.

The threads are color-fast and can be washed over and over again.  White garments with embroidery can be washed with color-safe bleach (please read the instructions).

If you bleach, use color safe bleach.

NO. You can come to us with your garment and will be happy to provide you with quality custom embroidery.

   Xpert Embroidery Services

There is no minimum order. We will customize any job, no matter how large or small.

Question 1  What’s the minimum order of a custom embroidery job from Xpert Embroidery?

Question 2  Do I have to buy a product from Xpert Embroidery in order to have it customized?

Question 3  Can I wash my garments after embroidery?

Question 4  What is Embroidery?

Unlike screen-printing, which is priced according to the number of ink colors on a garment, embroidery is priced based on the number of stitches contained in any given design. A small corporate logo, for instance, on a cap or golf shirt, will naturally require fewer stitches than a full-sided logo on a sweatshirt and will be priced accordingly. Most embroidered designs usually contain fewer than 7000 stitches. If your design is larger, the cost will be slightly more – but rarely prohibitively so.

Question 5  How is Price Determined?

We can read all of the following formats: tif, jpg.  These are the most common formats, but if you have a format not listed here send it anyway we are pretty good at this. Our favorite is the jpg format. It is generic and can be saved/exported by just about every piece of software available.

Question 6  What computer generated image formats can you read?

The following list is just a sample of the many types of embroidery machine formats we are able to match: Tajima.

Question 7 What formats are available for my digitized design?

As with every part of the digitizing process, the better the artwork the better the final product. You can Email your design to institches2005@aol.com

Question 8  What kind of artwork is needed to create an embroidery design?

It will take within 12 to 24 hours to send the design back to you via Email. If you have a special request, please let us know and we will try to serve any special needs.

Question 9  How long will it take to get my digitized design?

We will Email your design the moment it is ready.

Question 10  How will I receive my design?

We sew and inspect each digitized design to ensure the design is sharp and clean. This sample can be provided FREE of charge.

Question 12  How do you ensure quality?

Yes, once we have your design sample sewn out we can provide you with an estimate.

Question 11  Can I request estimates before an order?

Embroidery can capture very fine detail - as small as the thickness of a thread. Some limitations of embroidery include, however: Color shading is not generally possible. Embroidery works best when done in blocks of solid color.

Question 13  How much detail can be captured in embroidery?
