Embroidery is a high-speed sewing process, by which decorative needlework is sewn directly into a garment. This process is increasingly popular because of its professional appearance and virtually indestructible durability. It is now the application process of choice for most sports shirts, caps, bags, and outerwear. |
The threads are color-fast and can be washed over and over again. White garments with embroidery can be washed with color-safe bleach (please read the instructions). If you bleach, use color safe bleach. |

Question 4 What is Embroidery? |
Unlike screen-printing, which is priced according to the number of ink colors on a garment, embroidery is priced based on the number of stitches contained in any given design. A small corporate logo, for instance, on a cap or golf shirt, will naturally require fewer stitches than a full-sided logo on a sweatshirt and will be priced accordingly. Most embroidered designs usually contain fewer than 7000 stitches. If your design is larger, the cost will be slightly more – but rarely prohibitively so. |
